Ordering

What if my product is faulty?

In the unlikely event that the error stems from our side, we will promptly replace your product at no cost, which includes covering shipping expenses.

However, if the error is found to be due to incorrect information supplied by you, we will need to charge for correcting the mistake and for any additional shipping costs incurred.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for changes of mind. If your item hasn't entered production, you will only be charged for the artwork costs. Once production has begun, the full amount is payable.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping to mainland UK typically takes 2-3 days from the receipt of your order/payment. For quicker delivery, next-day shipping is often available if requested before 10:30am and depends on current workloads. International shipping times vary based on the products and destination and are estimated during checkout.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the UK, Europe, Middle East, Far East, Canada, U.S.A. and Australia. Your quote will include estimated shipping costs tailored to your order specifications and exact destination.
