In order to create your artwork as swiftly as possible please supply the information in a minimally formatted Excel table detailing label text, quantity, size, type and colour. Each variation of text should be on a separate line.

You will be provided with a PDF proof to approve prior to printing. Please check this carefully as mistakes can’t be rectified once the item has gone to print.

Please provide either the raw vector file or a high resolution .jps or .png file.

Engraved artwork
The maximum page size for artwork is 609.4mm x 305mm. If you require different material colours (e.g. black/white material, yellow/black material) each colour will need to be on a separate page. Please set the cut line colour to R:255 G:0 B:0 to ensure accurate cutting. Text colour should be set to R:0 G:0 B:0.

Only text that is being engraved should be filled. Everything else should be set to white or no fill, regardless of the colour label required.

Vinyl artwork
The maximum page size is 720mm x 1000mm. Please only provide one design per page as a PDF. The cut line colour should be 100% CutContour (if you don’t have access to this, we can set the cut lines for you).

We will provide a sample, upon request, prior to production for colour checking.
