Expanded premises to drive customer service - JPS Online Ltd

We have some exciting news at JPS Online – we are expanding our premises across Cirencester in the Cotswolds.

The expansion involves taking on an office in serviced premises in the former Mitsubishi building. Our admin and marketing team relocated here at the beginning of June, freeing up space in our workshops which we will then use to operate new additional machines in.

This expansion will allow us to:

  • Increase our capacity so that we continue to offer great turnaround times, even as demand increases.
  • Offer new, more specialised services to help our customers.
  • Uplift our outreach with more dedicated communications staff.

Supporting future growth

We have big plans at JPS Online, and this is just the first of several announcements this year that take us on this journey. Commenting on the expansion, our managing director and founder Brian Chaplin said:

The taking on of this additional office space not only provides an expanded professional environment for our office-based staff to help customers, but also gives our production team the space they need to increase output to support the growing need for signage and labels.
